VLM (VERTICAL LIFT MDULE)
The Vertimag Vertical Lift Module (VLM) is an automated storage and retrieval system designed to maximize vertical space utilization, improve picking accuracy, and increase operational efficiency. It features modular trays that can be customized in height and layout, accommodating different types of materials from small parts to bulky items. The system includes a user-friendly control interface and integrates seamlessly with existing warehouse management systems (WMS). Vertimag ensures high-density storage, quick access to items, and ergonomic benefits, reducing the need for manual handling and minimizing errors.
Maximum Flexibility for All Requirements
A further lift underneath the bay inside the structure, a Ferretto exclusive solution, which makes it possible to obtain the flows of a dual-level bay, always maintaining perfect ergonomics. The product range is offered in 15 models and 6 different types of picking bay.

The storage system can be equipped with the Ergo-Tech system, a further lift underneath the bay inside the structure, a Ferretto-exclusive solution, which makes it possible to obtain the flows of a dual-level bay, always maintaining perfect ergonomics.

With a new generation graphic interface, Vertimag has a user-friendly and customizable dashboard to quickly check the status of all the machines and dynamically manage tray compartments.
